Brad was born in a small town in northwestern Ohio, but grew up in Richmond, Virginia. He remembers first wanting to become a lawyer when he was in the third grade, and he became interested in family law very shortly thereafter. Brad attended The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in History. He attended law school at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. During his law school years, Brad served as the Business Editor of the Elon Law Review and won Strongest Comprehension Awards in Civil Procedure and Legal Writing & Communication. He worked as a Research Assistant in Civil Procedure, and was elected by his peers to serve his class as a Representative to the Honor Council.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys swimming, hiking, spending time with his dog, and reading books about history and adventure. He is an avid follower of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, as well as the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Brad is passionate about helping his clients through trying times. He considers his compassionate demeanor and common sense approach to be his most valuable asset in his practice of family law.
